Confidential Technical Documentation

Access Requires a Mutual NDA

The Liver Tissue Digital Twin technical paper contains proprietary simulation architecture, unpublished clinical validation data, and patented methods. Access is available to qualified researchers and pharmaceutical partners under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

Why an NDA is Required

The digital twin paper documents methods and findings that are the subject of two provisional U.S. patents (App. Nos. 64/100,396 and 64/101,014). It includes unpublished simulation results, proprietary subsystem coupling methodology, and falsifiable predictions that have not yet appeared in peer-reviewed literature. Sharing under NDA protects both parties and preserves the integrity of the patent record.

Patent-Pending Methods

Core simulation architecture and irreversibility prediction algorithms are covered by provisional patents. Unrestricted distribution could affect patent prosecution.

Unpublished Findings

Clinical validation results and falsifiable biomarker predictions are not yet in the public literature. NDA access ensures findings are not disclosed prematurely.

Mutual Protection

The NDA is mutual — Decision Sciences also agrees to protect any confidential information you share during the collaboration discussion.
